Semi-Private Personal Training

A great, cost-saving way to train with one of our coaches is through semi-private personal training, where you have a 1:2 or 1:3 coach-to-client ratio. Enjoy the motivation and camaraderie of training alongside 1 or 2 friends in the process of reaching your goals! You’ll want to choose friends with similar training objectives to better streamline the program and increase its effectiveness. The evaluation process, along with testing and nutrition guidance is included with our semi-private training option.
